Ingredients
  1. 3 bananas, mashed
  2. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  3. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled
  4. 2 cups quick cooking oats (I use Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free)
  5. 2/3 cup almond meal (I use Bob’s Red Mill)
  6. 1/2 cup flax meal (I use Bob’s Red Mill)
  7. 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  8. 1 tsp baking powder
  9. 3 tbsp gluten & dairy free chocolate chips (I use Dream Dairy)
  10. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use BB3 Formula 1)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Meanwhile in a large bowl, mix the bananas, coconut oil and extract.
  3. Add in the rest of the ingredients except chocolate chips and mix well.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips and dollop onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for approximately 14 minutes.

I know, its hard to believe that the picture above of the cookies is healthy.  But, my dear friend, it is.  Every ingredient is healthy and good for you.  

So stop starving yourself in order to “DIET”.  

Stop eating bland & boring food in order to “lose weight”.

And stop eating only 2-3 meals a day.

Eating often will help you BURN more CALORIES.
