I was still eating plenty of food........ and yummy food for that matter.
And I only exercised 3-4 times a week for anywhere from 20-60 minutes each time.
I love FOOD and I like to eat so to me it was important to be able to do this without having to starve.
I lost all my baby weight by the time I went in for my 6-week postpartum check up because there are some very specific things I did during those 6 weeks that helped me achieve that. And I want to show you those things so that you can get the same/similar results.
