It took Michelle 4 weeks to help me to achieve what I was unable to accomplish on my own the last 20 years.
For too long a time, my training was unfocused, a series of misguided experiments with food and exercise. I read all the books and asked all the questions, with only decent results. During our first meeting, Michelle clearly spelled out what I needed to do to get to the next level of fitness. She eliminated the bad habits and false ideas I had accumulated over 20 years. With my act cleaned up, Michelle then taught me how to turn that knowledge into everyday habits. Soon, eating optimally and exercising efficiently became as automatic as spelling my name.
My outcome? I a mere 4 weeks, I was in the best shape I’ve ever been in! Everyone in and out of the gym asked me what I was doing differently. I gave credit for my excellent conditioning and health, higher energy levels, and sharper, mental focus to Michelle’s expertise and dedication. I have lost 6% body fat! I lost 6 lbs of fat and gained 9 lbs of muscle!!
As if that weren’t enough, training with Michelle is always challenging, fresh, and fun. I always laugh hard during our workouts but I work even harder because I see how passionate she is about helping me to meet my goals. She is down-to-earth and possesses knowledge and maturity that are beyond her years. Michelle’s continuing quest to improve herself and everyone around her are infectious and inspirational. I only wish that it hadn’t taken 20 years for us to get together.
And I must say that training at BB3 Training Center is amazing! The energy in the place is unreal! There are so many knowledgeable people, that it is motivating to always want to learn more. All the trainers are friendly, supportive, and very knowledgeable. It makes going to work out so easy!
