The Back Fat Workout
**Use a pair of dumbbells for all 3 exercises**
**Use weight heavy enough to complete 20 reps and no more**
A1. 20 Dumbbell Rows
A2. 20 Dumbbell Reverse Fly’s
A3. 20 Dumbbell Straight Arm Pulldowns
Rest and repeat 2 more times.
