Wedding Fitness is very important for you during this time.  Not only is making fitness a part of your life going to help you lose weight, but it is going to give you a ton of energy and it is going to be an outlet of stress.  This is a very rough time for you…..working full time, planning a wedding, having time for family and friends, and exercising!

Just know that this wedding fitness plan is going to be the only time that you dedicate to just YOU!



 Schedule 3-5 workouts per week.
• Wedding Workouts should include weight-training and cardio.
• Your wedding diet should include a lean protein, a starchy carbohydrate, and a fibrous vegetable in every meal every 3-4 hours.
• Serving sizes should be small.  A plate should contain 70% protein and veggies, and 30% carbs.
• Cook in bulks in order to have healthy meal options and snacks available.
• If you eat every 3-4 hours, you will never get hungry to the point that all you want is BAD CARBS!!!!
• Drink a ton of water.
