I feel pretty confident that these 2 tips can really help you if you have been feeling down on yourself this pregnancy.

I just don’t want you to be “that pregnant girl”.

But listen, if you are its ok, its understandable, but I really think you will feel so much better if you make some changes.

Pregnancy is hard in many ways:

  • Seeing your body change daily (for the worse).
  • You are beyond exhausted all the time.
  • You are cranky all the time.
  • You borderline feel depressed.
  • Nothing looks good on you.
  • You feel sick.
  • You feel hungry all the time.
  • You are uncomfortable.
  • You don’t feel like doing anything or going anywhere

I get it, I’ve been there twice.

But being “THAT” pregnant girl will just make it worse.

Maybe you have been around one or maybe you even ARE one yourself.tips-for-easier-pregnancy
It’s ok.

But I want to give you some tips, pointers, secrets that will help you feel so much better.

That will help you not be “that pregnant girl” that the husbands can’t stand and that the others talk so badly about.

The girls that ruin it for other women and put the fear of God in them about pregnancy.

I had lots of those around me when I was trying to get pregnant.
And it sucked čÖü

Here is what “that” pregnant girl is like………

  • Complains all the time to husband especially. (FYI- hubby complains about you to his friends)
  • Is in a bad mood all the time.
  • Feels depressed and feels guilty about feeling that way.
  • Talks about how “big” they are all the time.
  • Complains about how hard it is and how horrible they feel.
  • Never look cute, never fixes themselves up with a little makeup, nice hair and some accessories.
  • Typically says “Screw it” and lets themselves go and gains a ton of weight.
  • Complains how nothing looks good on them.
  • Complains about all the weight gain.
  • Never wants to do anything or go anywhere.

If you keep marinating in these feelings, thoughts and words, its going to be a very long and horrible 40 weeks or however much longer you have.

So I want to give you some tips that I give my closest friends and pregos I work with in my programs to help you enjoy your pregnancy and not be “that pregnant girl”.

Wouldn’t it be amazing if you heard your husband saying……

“My wife is the best pregnant girl, she looks great (I even think she is sexy), she never complains, we still go out and do stuff, she is like as if nothing has changed, she is amazing”.

Wouldn’t it be amazing if you actually enjoyed your pregnancy.
If you felt great, confident, looked good and could actually say “I loved being pregnant”.

This can happen.

And I am going to give you 3 tips that will help you.

3 Tips To An Easier Pregnancy

3-tips-for-an EASIER PREGNANCY

Tip #1

Change your mindset.

Seriously, just change your mindset about pregnancy.
Embrace all of it.
Stop resisting it because it will be worse.

  1. You have to gain weight, its part of it.
  2. Your hips have to expand its the only way the baby can come out.
  3. Your nipples will get dark, its human nature.
  4. You will feel hormonal at times (exercise can help you with this).
  5. You will feel tired and fatigued (exercise and good eating can help you with this).
It’s temporary.
And there are some things you can do to make this so much easier.

But I promise, if you start embracing pregnancy and all the changes that come with it than you will stop complaining so much, be more grateful and enjoy it more.

Tip #2

Exercise

  1. Exercise will not only help you gain less weight which will in turn help you feel more confident.
  2. Clothes will fit and look better.
  3. You will feel like going out more and be more social.
  4. You will feel better about how your hubby looks and feels about you.
  5. You will be able to lose your baby weight much faster.
  6. You will have more energy.

But you will also be in a better mood.

When you exercise, you release hormones that make you feel happy and good.
You have no idea the positive effect this can have on your pregnancy and your relationship with your hubby.

Tip # 3

Fix yourself up.

Listen, I know you feel like crap.
I know you are tired and don’t feel like dressing up or doing anything for that matter.

But you will be amazed at how fixing yourself up a little will make you feel.

I know it sounds super vain, but I can’t tell you how many pregnant girls I have told this to and it has made a huge huge change in them for the better.

We are women….. girls in nature.
We have a huge need to look good, feel approval and have confidence.
We yearn to look good which is why most women are on a diet 90% of the year.

If you fix yourself up, you will feel so much better.

tips-for-easier-pregnancy-2Here are some ideas:

  • Buy a few inexpensive pieces of clothes that make you feel good.
  • Don’t go to a maternity store, go to a store that is inexpensive and get bigger sizes.
  • Take a shower and blow dry your hair, maybe even iron it or curl it.
  • Put a little make up on.
  • Put some accessories on, crazy what a pair of earring and a long necklace can do for you.
  • Throw on some wedges or heals.  I know crazy, but what girl doesn’t feel better in heals.
  • It will make any outfit and any belly look better.

I know how you feel.
I have been working very closely with thousands of pregnant women in the last 7 years.
I know your struggles.
I lived them too.

And that is why I created my Fit Mom To-Be Workout Program.
After being pregnant myself and seeing how much exercise helped ME to combat all of these horrible feelings that most pregnant women had, I needed to share my success with other women like YOU.

Then my second pregnancy was so hard.
I was on bed rest with Placenta Previa and then fractured toe, the doctors thought my baby had a genetic disorder……..

I mean depression, weight gain, anger, crankiness is what I should have been.

But instead, since I couldn’t exercise I decided to eat as healthy as I could.

And that is why I created my Pregnancy Diet Plan.
I was able to only gain 20 lbs just like my first pregnancy.

I felt good, I had energy, I was in a good mood and my hopes were high.
